Since the beginning of Stephan’s sales career he has been recognized by many for his great accomplishments both in the real estate field and in the community.

Originally, Stephan’s introduction to the real estate market began while working in the entertainment industry. As a hobby, he began his real estate endeavors by buying and selling property personally. Once he began investing his time in the business, Stephan realized that the Real Estate market could afford him the flexibility and extra time he was seeking to spend with his family. Following his first year in the real estate field, Stephan was nominated for Rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker due to his successful relationships with clients resulting in high sales results. After deciding to move to Re/Max in Marina Del Rey, the successes Stephan experienced only continued to mount. Being named 100% Club High Producer in 1997, 1998 and in 1999 coupled with being inducted into the Platinum Club in 2004 and the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2005 for producing real estate sales exceeding those of entire sales staffs of other companies, Stephan has continuously demonstrated his passion for the business in which he clearly excels.

Success has not only touched him professionally but personally as well. As a proud husband and father of two extraordinary boys, Stephan has continued to share his personal and professional life with the community. His community awareness began in the entertainment industry where he was formally recognized by Steven Spielberg for his work and contributions to the Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation. The impact of this award caused Stephan to see where he could contribute in his own community. Stephan’s community activism has earned him the recognition of many offices including the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles and the California State Assembly. Recently asked to serve as Executive Director for the non-profit organization-Art world International, his passion to serve the community and globally, revolve around youth, beautification and art.

Stephen's personal phlosophy is best summarized as, " The way to achieve true success is to express oneself completely in service to society."  When applied to the service we provide, this fundemental belief aligns the interests of the client and agent. The end result is the highest attention to service and to the clients' objectives.

Stephen was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and obtained his degree in Entrepeneurship from Babson College. Stephen moved to Venice, California in 1999 and fell in love with the unique community. He now lives with his wife and two small children in Santa Monica and is now almost completely bald...

Stephen spent his first 5-6 years as an agent with The Real Estate Group. In  last year's declining market, he eas among the top 1% of over 650 agents. In 2009, he joined California Coastal Real Estate; A brokerage with more specialized and targeted presence in the coastal and western areas of Los Angeles.While Stephen has extensive experience in Residential Income and Commercial sales and exchanges, he has an affinity for working with first time buyers and prides himself on being able to educate.
